Summary
The job is an individual contributor role in the Portfolio Strategy and Operations team at Ping Identity. The employee will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish key performance metrics, identify process improvements, and lead ad-hoc product management programs. The required qualifications include a BA/BS degree in a related analytical field, 2+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, program management, or finance, familiarity with the enterprise software/SaaS industry, proficiency in Excel, strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, excellent project management skills, and light to moderate travel may be required. Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, MIS, Business Administration or related analytical field
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, program management, or finance; familiarity with enterprise software/SaaS industry a plus
- Experience using Excel to create reporting and conduct analyses
- Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills as well as ability to effectively present and communicate insights and recommendations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Establish and track key performance metrics used to assess product performance, including financial performance, product usage and adoption, and market research
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to collect data and create ongoing product related reporting packages
- Identify opportunities for process improvement across the Product Management organization, leading the design and implementation of these solutions
- Lead ad-hoc product management programs and initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness
