Requirements

• Be a super well-organized individual who values order and structure
• Be enthusiastic, impactful, and demonstrate a "can-do" approach to problem-solving and collaboration
• Be highly proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Have proven experience in a product owner, technical product management, or similar role with a strong technical focus
• Have in-depth knowledge of APIs, data modeling, and integration processes
• Have a strong ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to both customers and engineering teams
• Have experience in conducting technical research and analyzing product ecosystems for integration opportunities

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand and prioritize their technical needs, business use cases, and requirements
• Communicate effectively with global customers, translating complex technical requirements into actionable insights
• Leverage strong knowledge of API documentation and protocols
• Conduct in-depth technical research to understand third-party product architectures
• Define, structure, and characterize new features, ensuring technical requirements align with customer needs and strategic goals
• Develop detailed data models that support and enhance the user experience with a focus on functionality and user-centric design
• Conduct product reviews to ensure all the features standards are met before release
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure technical alignment and effective product implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a background in cybersecurity, IT asset management, or related industries
• Have a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Management, or a related field
