Requirements

• Professionals with a relevant degree (Industrial Engineering, Economic Sciences, Business Administration, or similar)
• Minimum of 3 years of product experience in preference in digital products
• Experience in data exploitation, generation of reports, and insights through SQL
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Proactive professionals committed to results with strong analytical skills, understanding of business dynamics focused on technology, customer-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic and challenging environments

Responsibilities

• Analyze the information of competition (benchmark) and products of the travel industry
• Identify opportunities and arm business cases with a strong data-driven focus
• Work together with IT teams to advance the implementation of both large projects and features impacting the business and user experience
• Work together with commercial and operations teams to collect feedback and improve user experience
• Analyze and prioritize initiatives/projects based on effort, expected impact, and innovation
• Implement initiatives and measure their success, monitor the product performance, and make adjustments to the strategy as necessary
• Follow up on business KPIs to ensure the generation of initiatives that contribute to achieving objectives
• Attend meetings with partners
• Generate reports and data analyses
