Requirements

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management, negotiating and influencing to build consensus
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experience as a Product Owner in a mobile app project
- Passionate about the mobile world
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy focused on the initial funnel of our apps, particularly on the onboarding and activation flow
- Work closely with product owners and UX/UI designers to ensure the coordination of CRO initiatives with the functional evolution of the product
- Coordinate with the CRO UX and CRO development teams to deliver new acquisition pages, including onboarding screens, paywalls, and other related elements
- Analyze user behavior and data to find actionable insights, optimizing onboarding and conversion funnels
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve onboarding processes and overall conversion rates
- Implement best practices for testing and optimization to enhance user experience and engagement
- Integrate onboarding processes seamlessly with the rest of the marketing and acquisition funnel to ensure a cohesive user journey
- Monitor key metrics and financial performance related to onboarding and funnel optimization
- Report on the performance and impact of A/B tests and optimization initiatives
