  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Experience as a Product Owner in a mobile app project
  • Passionate about the mobile world

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy focused on the initial funnel of our apps, particularly on the onboarding and activation flow
  • Work closely with product owners and UX/UI designers to ensure the coordination of CRO initiatives with the functional evolution of the product
  • Coordinate with the CRO UX and CRO development teams to deliver new acquisition pages, including onboarding screens, paywalls, and other related elements
  • Analyze user behavior and data to find actionable insights, optimizing onboarding and conversion funnels
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve onboarding processes and overall conversion rates
  • Implement best practices for testing and optimization to enhance user experience and engagement
  • Integrate onboarding processes seamlessly with the rest of the marketing and acquisition funnel to ensure a cohesive user journey
  • Monitor key metrics and financial performance related to onboarding and funnel optimization
  • Report on the performance and impact of A/B tests and optimization initiatives
