Join our team as a Product Owner to lead the development of our innovative AI-based agent product. You will also be responsible for designing wireframes and prototypes, maintaining the product backlog, and ensuring UI implementation matches design specifications. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an agile environment
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, and Adobe
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Material Design, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in writing user stories, features, and epics
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- User-centric mindset
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Understand Product Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements for the AI-based agent product
- Translate high-level business goals into detailed and actionable product requirements
- Write Requirements and User Stories: Develop clear and comprehensive user stories, features, and epics
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives and user needs
- UX/UI Design and Tools: Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure RP, and InVision
- Collaborate with designers to ensure that UX/UI aligns with product goals and user expectations
- Style Guide and Wireframe Development: Create and maintain a style guide to ensure consistency across the product
- Develop wireframes and low/high-fidelity mockups for new features and enhancements
- Frameworks and Frontend Development: Provide guidance on the use of frontend frameworks such as Material Design, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, and Foundation
- Work closely with developers to ensure UI implementation matches design specifications
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan and execute UAT to validate product functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with the development team to address any issues or improvements
