As a Product Owner, you will define and communicate product goals, own the product backlog, provide contextual guidance to the development team, and collaborate with key stakeholders. You will navigate uncertainty, drive transparency, and contribute to building tools that enable companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions. This is a fixed, permanent position with a permanent employment contract regardless of location. Requirements

  • Expertise in B2B SaaS software, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and prioritize competing demands
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Experience in Project Management (e.g. PMI) ~3-4 years

Responsibilities

  • Define and Communicate Product Goals: Establish and maintain clear product objectives aligned with business strategy and ensure they are communicated effectively to all stakeholders
  • Own the Product Backlog: Develop, prioritize, and communicate the product backlog to ensure it reflects the needs of the business and users
  • Provide Contextual Guidance: Leverage your domain expertise to provide the development team with contextual guidance, ensuring they understand what they are building and why
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Navigate Uncertainty: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty, balancing competing priorities and making decisions with incomplete information
  • Drive Transparency: Establish processes to keep all stakeholders informed of progress, priorities, and trade-offs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Integration experience ideally with Siemens, PTC, Autodesk
  • Domain knowledge with either PLM, Sustainability, Supply Chain, or ERP
