Summary

Join Pattern Data, an AI-powered platform for mass tort litigation, as a Product Owner. You will translate product strategy and customer insights into actionable requirements and prototypes, collaborating with engineering for timely delivery. Develop and maintain a product roadmap, manage the product backlog, and monitor product development from concept to launch. Regularly communicate updates to stakeholders and champion an agile approach. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in product management and workflow tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Product Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience or certifications)
  • 5+ years of experience working within a software product team in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Proven experience with workflow and product management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to assess business value and prioritize features accordingly
  • Comfortable navigating and resolving competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across functions and teams

Responsibilities

  • Translate product strategy and customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements and prototypes
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure timely, resource-efficient delivery
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances long-term strategy with short-term deliverables
  • Own and manage the product backlog—organizing, refining, and prioritizing to maximize value
  • Monitor product development from concept through launch, ensuring quality and alignment with goals
  • Regularly communicate updates to stakeholders and ensure feedback loops are in place
  • Organize and participate in the planning, review and delivery of releases with cross-functional teams
  • Champion an iterative, agile-inspired approach—focused on shipping value early and often
