Product Planner

Join Keywords Studios as a Product Planner and become an integral part of a 50-person team focused on AI engine training. This remote role requires strong organizational and documentation skills to coordinate resource allocation, ensure project documentation is up-to-par, and support the Project Lead and Seniors in new project rollouts. You will collaborate in a fast-paced environment, answering questions, updating documentation, supporting training, assisting with scheduling and tracking, and validating quality. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, time management, and technical skills, along with experience in resource allocation and project support. Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Strong Organization and Time Management Skills
• Ability to translate technical documents into documentation for non-technical users
• Experience allocating and tracking resources to projects
• Experience in assisting in system troubleshooting & finding resolutions
• A stable internet connection with a download speed of 50-100 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Support roll-outs of new projects by ensuring proper documentation and training is in place
• Answer questions related to project roll-outs and update documentation appropriately
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Assist in the scheduling and tracking of team allocation to projects
• Assist in validation of quality and providing feedback on quality
• Make recommendations on how to improve processes
• Drive process improvements
• Reporting as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred prior work experience or college studies in AI
• Technical aptitude in one or more of the following
• Spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
• Email/calendar (e.g., Outlook, Gmail)
• Project management (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
• Ability to gain new skills and knowledge through hands-on experience
• Keen eye for detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Exemplify the quality of having a " Proactive Approach ", attitude which includes a high level of accountability, transparency, and teamwork first & foremost
