Demand Planner

Summary

Join Thrive Market's Supply Chain team as a Demand Planner and contribute to our mission of making healthy and sustainable living accessible to all. You will support the forecasting process, improve demand accuracy, and partner with cross-functional teams. Leverage data to identify trends, optimize forecasts, and support inventory strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in demand planning or a related field. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 2–4+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a data-driven analytical role
• Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator and team player

Responsibilities

• Maintain SKU-level forecasts factoring in member trends, promotions, and marketing activities
• Support demand model optimization and help ensure accuracy through data review and adjustments
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Merchandising) to build forecast consensus
• Assist in planning inventory strategies for new and existing items
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools and processes
• Share forecast updates and insights in team meetings and cross-functional check-ins

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in Excel; experience with forecasting tools like Anaplan is a plus
