Responsibilities

  • Field support calls, emails, and chats, locally resolving as much as possible
  • Port tickets out to appropriate teams when needed and retain position as customer's point person through resolution
  • Provide training, customizations, and product consultations to users
  • Assist sales in product pitches and demos
  • Run trial training calls and communicate value proposition to success
  • Identify content that customers are likely to care about and package it for distribution by sales and account management
