Responsibilities
- Field support calls, emails, and chats, locally resolving as much as possible
- Port tickets out to appropriate teams when needed and retain position as customer's point person through resolution
- Provide training, customizations, and product consultations to users
- Assist sales in product pitches and demos
- Run trial training calls and communicate value proposition to success
- Identify content that customers are likely to care about and package it for distribution by sales and account management
