Product Staff Member

Summary

Join Reka as a Member of Product Staff and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our multimodal AI products. Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver user-centric solutions. Develop and articulate a product vision and strategy aligned with Reka’s mission. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to inform product decisions. Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap. Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful product delivery. Define and track KPIs to measure product success and make data-driven decisions. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Product Management, or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience, especially in AI/machine learning/multimodal technologies and in a B2B setting (preferred)
• Proven track record of launching and growing multimodal AI products
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a product vision and strategy aligned with Reka’s mission and market opportunities
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to inform product decisions
• Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap balancing technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact
• Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful product delivery
• Champion user-centric design and collaborate with UX/UI designers for intuitive and accessible products
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and make data-driven decisions
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing and sales
• Identify and mitigate product risks throughout the development lifecycle
