Summary
Join Broadvoice as a Product Trainer and play a vital role in connecting customers to our products and services. You will facilitate training for customers and employees, serve as a brand ambassador, and work with other teams to identify training needs. You will develop training materials, track training progress, and leverage insights to improve our curriculum. This role requires proficiency in English and Spanish, relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. Broadvoice offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Be proficient in English and Spanish
- Be self-motivated, technically proficient, intellectually curious, and have the patience and passion to guide others as they get up to speed and become Broadvoice platform champions
- Have 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles (training, facilitating)
- Be coachable and open to feedback, both internally and on the fly, from your audience
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical information to a broad audience
- Have knowledge of adult learning principles
- Have experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Be proficient with virtual training/conference tools such as Zoom
- Have flexibility to work different shifts to accommodate customers across multiple time zones
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training for customers and new employees in Latin America and the United States
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Broadvoice by knowing our products inside and out, living our core values, and delivering a positive training experience
- Work with Service Delivery and Sales teams to understand the training needs of customers and partners
- Identify training needs by evaluating customer account details, software and application requirements, and audience strengths and weaknesses
- Assist the Training Manager in developing training materials such as slide decks, videos, interactive content, and print materials and set up demo accounts
- Effectively translate Broadvoiceβs customer education curriculum into structured, interactive learning experiences
- Track training milestones, activity, and customer feedback in the Salesforce CRM
- Leverage customer and employee training insights to inform Product, Business Support, Customer Experience, and Service Delivery teams and identify gaps in education curriculum and training materials
- Stay abreast of new trends and tools for training effectiveness
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Have B2B SaaS and enterprise software training experience
- Have experience with Salesforce, Learning Management Systems, and e-learning authoring tools
