Production Data Analyst Intern

Summary

Join Nomagic, a company teaching robots about the real world, as a Production Data Analyst Intern! You'll analyze production data to support customer service decisions, identify trends and anomalies, compare software release performance, present findings to engineering and customer service teams, and support data analysis automation. The role involves daily data interaction and solving real-world challenges. Expect a Codility test, recruiter call, and interviews with the hiring manager and data team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production data KPIs and assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements
• Compare performance of software releases and identify bugs
• Present your findings to the Engineering and Customer Service teams
• Support automation of data analysis and reporting using Excel
• Assist in maintaining and improving data accuracy and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Basics of SQL
• Experience with BigQuery, Grafana or Looker Studio
