Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a software engineering role, preferably with a focus on web or mobile applications
  • Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Kotlin, Swift)
  • A problem-solver’s mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • A passion for product quality and user experience
  • Comfortable navigating large codebases and proposing incremental improvements

Responsibilities

  • Own the fix-it lane: Triage and resolve non-critical bugs to maintain a polished user experience
  • Support our users: Collaborate with the customer support team to address issues that require engineering input or code changes
  • Manage technical debt: Identify, clean up, and refactor old code to improve long-term maintainability and system health
  • Enhance quality of life: Implement small but meaningful feature requests that improve user engagement or internal tooling
  • Collaborate with senior engineers: Provide support on ongoing initiatives by handling lower-priority, yet essential, engineering tasks
