Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of handling complex conversations with UK-based customers and international partners
  • 1+ years in procurement, logistics, or order management, preferably with engineering orders and transactional IT systems for automated processes
  • Enthusiastic about learning and understanding each situation, thinking beyond templates, and addressing unique customer needs
  • Capable of maintaining composure during high-stress situations and making thoughtful decisions independently
  • Able to streamline tasks, follow detailed processes, and adapt work for ongoing automation efforts
  • Willing to address urgent issues beyond standard hours (paid overtime), contributing to a fast-paced and adaptive team environment

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document production orders in CRM and ERP systems, ensuring all stages proceed smoothly
  • Engage production partners from our database, optimising the production process
  • Tackle issues directly with customers and suppliers over the phone or in written communication, demonstrating thorough understanding and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Oversee deadlines, coordinate logistics, and conduct quality control on completed products
  • Follow up on payment statuses, liaising directly with customers when needed
  • Identify and resolve atypical problems, maintain calm under pressure, and make sound decisions without immediate supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems for automated processes
