Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of staffing agency experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have proficiency with an ATS
• Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• You are trainable and coach-able and know you can achieve a six-figure income

Responsibilities

• Solicit and Recruit new candidates for a variety of open opportunities and positions for our clients
• Complete posting, sourcing, and screening activities to fill open job requisitions
• Create talent pipelines for future job openings and your candidates
• Manage existing candidate pools and work with sales staff for contract assignments and direct placements
• Maintain your candidate profiles in the company ATS, ensuring timely and accurate processing of job submittals

• You have strong recruiting experience, especially the ability to review, determine qualifications, and interview candidates
• You have 2+ years of staffing industry experience or recruiting knowledge in the employment industry
