Program Management Intern

Summary

Join the African Leadership University as an Operation Intern to support programs and events within the ALU School of Business, developing skills in communication, project management, and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be an ALU alumni (ideally with knowledge of both Campuses in Rwanda and Mauritius)
• Proactive, good communicator and self-starter
• Show a growth mindset and know how to learn on the job
• Ability to work in diverse teams and under tight deadlines
• Fluency in English (excellent communication presentation and writing skills)
• Relationship-driven with strong customer service focus
• Knowledge of G-Suite, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides

Responsibilities

• Support ALUSB Team in the execution for key programs (MBA and Executive Education courses) within ALU School of Business
• Support ALUSB Team in assisting with student operations in student events and engagement as needed (especially for the MBA Intensives in Rwanda and Mauritius)
• Support ALUSB Team in creating new marketing/communications materials and updating the existing ones
• Support the Student Affairs Manager in collecting and tracking alumni data and maintaining the Alumni database for ALUSB enrollment
• Supported the operation and project lead in finalizing payments and procurement processes
• Provide general support to the manager and team members as needed to contribute to the overall success of the programs offered by ALU School of Business
