Remote Program Manager, Associate Principal Engineer

Summary

Join Nagarro as a Program Manager and lead the migration of ~150 applications from outdated technology to new platforms. You will manage dependencies, both internal and external, ensuring program success. Responsibilities include project and program management, stakeholder management, maintaining up-to-date planning, creating transparency on program status, monitoring KPIs, highlighting critical paths, and supporting budget and resource planning. You will interact with product owners, manage communication channels, update project management tools, and be responsible for risk and dependency management. Success requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Project and program management, expectation, and stakeholder management
• Keep all the planning up to date
• Create transparency on program status
• Monitor program KPIs
• Highlight critical path(s)
• Budget and Resource planning support
• Prepare presentation content and other media for committees and other events
• Interact with product owners to prepare migration projects
• Manage MS Teams channel(s) and data structure
• Update PPM (SAP Project Management Tool)
• Responsible for Risk management & dependency management
• Responsible for envisioning program success anticipate issues/failure in plans and be able to create a successful mitigation strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Good skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
