Requirements

  • Possess exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate ability and focus to develop, communicate, motivate, and manage toward alignment across the business
  • Understand nuances of the strategic vision, demonstrate excellent judgment, and a strong operational focus
  • Be team focused; uncover issues that need attention as well as coalesce people of all levels around a solution going forward (and drive accountability towards it)
  • Maintain high ethical standards with unquestioned integrity and high personal standards of behavior
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects
  • Be eager to learn new things–be they high level and strategic or detailed and in-the-weeds
  • Be proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate ability to understand, synthesize, and develop insights from data to drive priorities and recommendations
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in a business-related field
  • Have 10+ years of Project Management, Operational, Logistics, and/or Product Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate members across the organization to facilitate problem solving and pursue the most critical initiatives expeditiously
  • Organize and run Channel-related meetings; create agendas, track follow ups and progress against deadlines
  • Identify critical gaps, opportunities, and problems to solve for the Channel Program; assist VP of Channel Development in prioritizing and creating action and communication plans for them
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation for program priorities, processes, and/or key decisions
  • Assist in developing program and project goals for Channel and systems for tracking and expediting progress against those goals
  • Communicate thoughtfully and strategically with regards to providing executive updates and facilitating executive decision making

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience working in residential solar or consumer financial services
  • Have previous experience in, or working knowledge of, residential solar development and financing strategies
  • Have previous experience with B2B2C business models
  • Demonstrate success in implementing the Project Management toolkit; Lean Six Sigma a strong plus
  • Have strong proficiency with Google Workspace

Benefits

Base Salary: $92,000 β€” $98,000 USD
