Summary
Join StackAdapt's Talent Development team as a Program Manager in Talent and Performance Management. You will lead the center of excellence for performance management, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness, collaborating with the Director and other teams. This role involves iterating and implementing global employee talent and performance management processes, workforce and succession planning strategies, and competency frameworks. You will partner with various teams across the business to achieve these goals. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in talent management programs, and a data-driven approach. Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision making and influencing
- Track record of partnering in designing, managing and scaling Talent Management programs such as performance management, talent planning, career development, succession planning, etc. that drive measurable business outcomes in support of a growing and global workforce
- Demonstrated experience in driving complex organizational changes through clear communication and implementation of change management practices that support organizational growth and agility
- Proven success in global Talent Management programs, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors
- Experience acting as an advisor to broader teams using data and best practice to back-up decisions, while staying grounded in the reality of implementation
- A βhow can we make this better?β mentality with a focus on progress over perfection to continuously drive for improvement
Responsibilities
- Iterate on and implement our global employee talent and performance management processes, including integration with HRIS system, building equitable and consistent policies for merit increases and promotions while mitigating undue risk, develop knowledge management and integrate with other People processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Partner with People & Culture to iterate on and implement global succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for critical roles
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across the business, including Revenue, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering to iterate on and implement competency frameworks and job architecture to meet the current needs of StackAdapt
- Partner with Talent Development to build and iterate on enablement materials to support employee development
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Psychology and/or People Analytics
