Summary
Join Deel's Customer Success team and contribute to its growth by working directly with clients and internal teams. Oversee and manage the launch of customer success programs for Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), ensuring seamless experiences for global employees and employers. Create and implement sales, implementation, and customer success programs for DSPs. Lead and manage customer service for all Delivery Service programs, acting as the primary stakeholder for clients using DSPs. Develop and implement programs for DSPs, including enablement and processes to scale ownership of DSP-related issues across the post-sales organization. Execute operational improvements within Customer Success, leading DSP projects.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience across operations and customer success
- Proven experience leading and implementing operational improvement projects
- Strong analytical skills turning data insights into projects that positively influence customers satisfaction
- Own and execute multiple strategic projects/programs; maintaining attention to all details
- A love for processes and optimization: we need to build more processes to match our growing team, while optimizing our existing ones; you will need to be hands-on and experienced on creating customer journeys/workflows
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Customer Success team by working hands-on with both client and internal matters
- Oversee and manage the launch of customer success programs related to Delivery Service Providers to ensure seamless experiences for global employees and employers
- Own the creation and implementation of sales, implementation, and customer success programs for DSPs
- Lead the initiation and management of customer service for all Delivery service programs. Act as the primary stakeholder for clients utilizing DSPs. Ensure support CS, Implementation, Sales are all aligned
- Own programming forDSPs including enablement and building out processes to scale ownership of DSP-related questions and issues across the post sales organization
- Execution of operational improvements within Customer Success - leadership point for DSP lead projects
