Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life-cycle and successful delivery of the CIP through the establishment of program controls
  • Establish schedule, estimate validation, contract administration and performance metrics to ensure timely and on-budget completion of program elements
  • Ensure the CIP is delivered within the terms of the established program controls and the quality expectations of the Authority
  • Prepare written and graphic reports on CIP performance related to program controls
  • Develop and implement mitigation procedures to manage program risks
  • Develop schedules to identify linkages between individual project elements and establish a prioritized plan of action
  • Develop a Program Controls Handbook to be used by the Authority
  • Provide periodic review of and improvement suggestions for the program controls and other such management mechanisms implemented by the PAS team during the term of the contract
  • Perform additional comparable or related services
