Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
• Be a Registered Architect
• Have at least 5 years of working experience as an Architect
• Have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Have the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours

Responsibilities

• Lead innovative projects
• Create precise, comprehensive design sets
• Deliver exceptional quality in residential projects
• Handle projects from SD to CD's
• Communicate with clients, consultants and vendors
• Work as a CD specialist
• Use Revit software for Residential Custom
• Work autonomously
