Responsibilities

Pre-underwriting tasks including doc collections, credit review, renovation document review

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an independent mortgage brokerage/banking company is a plus
• Experience in renovation loans is a plus
• Experience working in LendingQB (MeridianLink) a plus
