Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all pre-underwriting tasks including doc collections, credit review, renovation document review, and much more
• Meaningfully identify, articulate, design, and implement process improvements alongside our talented software development team

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience at an independent mortgage brokerage/banking company
• Have experience in renovation loans
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be a highly adaptable team player
• Be willing to learn new technologies and work with exceptional talent
• Be self directed and extremely organized
• Have experience working in LendingQB (MeridianLink)

Benefits

• $70,000 - $80,000 a year Compensation is a mix of base salary and commission based on a number of factors. The OTE range is $70,000 to $80,000 with the base salary making up approximately 50% of total earnings
