Summary

Join the Lifetime Value Co. (LTV) as an Entry Level Project Coordinator and contribute to optimizing workflows and alleviating blockers for product teams. This role offers exposure to various business facets, requiring collaboration with all management levels to mitigate risks and find solutions. You will work with Agile teams and projects, participating in all phases from initiation to release. The position demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, along with excellent teamwork and communication abilities. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a technical degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field and a passion for project management.

Requirements

  • Be a recent graduate of a Technical Degree Program or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Have less than two years of work experience
  • Possess curiosity around technical areas and a desire to develop analytical skills while working on exciting projects
  • Have knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices
  • Be able to grasp new concepts and processes quickly
  • Participate in project meetings as a leader, facilitator, mediator, or key contributor
  • Communicate project status updates, issues, and risks to leadership and other stakeholders
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Be proactive and eager to contribute with cross-platform teams and company-wide initiatives, while building positive relationships with teammates and stakeholders
  • Be detail-oriented and able to prioritize your tasks under given deadlines
  • Possess superior teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Have the confidence to ask questions and bring new ideas to the table
  • Be able to summarize substantial action items from meetings
  • Be proficient in English

Responsibilities

  • Run exciting and fast-paced Agile teams and projects
  • Participate in all phases of projects from initiation through release, which may include programs involving multiple project workstreams
  • Analyze project issues, progress, performance and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Own the administration of our ticketing system and company wiki
  • Work directly with department heads on company-wide initiatives
  • Create and maintain project plans including resource plans, risk tracking and mitigation, issue logs, planning assumptions, milestones, change management, and project dependencies
  • Work with a multi-functional team including developers, quality assurance, product managers, designers, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate and knowledge share with other project managers
  • Examine and share best practices to help improve team and company productivity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have administrative experience with JIRA or a similar issue-tracking tool
  • Have familiarity with data analytics/visualization software, where you can extract data, as well as analyze patterns and behaviors to gain insight
  • Possess Scrum Master Certification and/or PMP
