Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary regional representative for the execution and delivery of clinical project(s)
  • Cultivate excellent Sponsor relationships
  • Provide project oversight, assisting with project delivery services as required
  • Ensure projects are adequately and appropriately staffed
  • Meet sponsors quality, schedule, and budgetary requirements
  • Ensure delivery is consistent with project and regulatory guidelines/requirements
  • Champion the project forecasting process
  • Monitor third party agreements
  • Manage team performance
  • Ensure overall project control standards are established, monitored, met and, where appropriate, improved
  • Contribute to Business Development activities by assisting with proposals, bid defenses and prospect development
  • Assist with RFP/bid defense processes when required
  • Establish and maintain high quality, well-functioning client relationships throughout project life cycle
  • Ensure client remains well informed on project progress, risks, issues and changing needs
  • Oversee, monitor and/or manage project planning and implementation activities
  • Working with CPMs and other functional specialists to deliver high quality projects
  • Review and approve project scope, budget, metrics, tools, recruitment, and training requirements
  • Oversee and review project critical path(s) providing guidance and regular feedback to Clinical Project Managers
  • Identify, review and/or deliver communications to project team(s) and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
  • Evaluate, assign, and monitor unit resource requirements
