Summary
Join Leadtech as an Associate Project Director and lead the execution of business plans across multiple departments. Collaborate closely with the Head of Product and Development Manager to achieve the strategic Product Roadmap. Monitor product and marketing trends, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to increase positive impact. Translate business opportunities into structured product roadmaps and project plans. Ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making across teams. Focus on continuous growth and profitability while balancing costs and long-term sustainability. This role demands technical fluency, business acumen, and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management in a software or tech-driven environment
- 3+ years of experience specifically Leading subscription Business models
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software projects from inception to launch
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, and team communication
- Strong organization and project coordination across multiple departments and teams
- You speak the language of data: retention curves, LTV models, churn, CAC, ratios, funnels, etc
- Able to translate business strategy into actionable product, marketing, and development actions
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or technical MSc is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership by setting a strategic direction for Business plans, in alignment with the Project Director and company goals
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement in the business, personal growth, open communication, and teamwork with maximum productivity and effectiveness
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations with clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team success
- Take ownership of issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Responsible for the alignment of Business Goals across multiple internal Departments and working very closely with the Head of Product and the Development Manager to prioritize the Product Roadmap from concept validation to production launch. - Lead the end-to-end delivery
- Monitor and analyze Product and Marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business plan decisions and actions
- Provide regular updates on the business results, providing strategic recommendations, and follow up on execution plans to increase a positive impact
- Define and track the business KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution
- Translate business and innovation opportunities into structured product roadmaps and Project plans. Utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Ensure transparency by aligning data with business objectives and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams and stakeholders
- Focus on continuous growth and profitability, while balancing costs and long-term sustainability for the Business needs
- Keep accurate records of strategic and operational decisions and actions, upon cross-functional Departments and teams' agreements
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a scale-up or fast-paced business development environment
- Experience working with offshore/remote teams and multicultural environments
