Join our team as Project Director for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a new initiative providing confidential counseling and support services to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) employees. Lead and manage all contract operations and performance, serving as the main point of contact with the NRC. Oversee program staffing, compliance, and communication, and maintain same-day responsiveness to NRC requests. You will also designate and supervise an Alternate Project Director. This role requires a Master's or Doctorate in mental health or health administration, along with extensive experience in healthcare administration and managing multi-state EAP programs.
