Summary

As an Information Manager and Document Controller, you will be responsible for organizing project files, tracking RFIs and submittals, coordinating record drawings, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will work under the direction of senior project management staff, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering, construction management or similar
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be both creative and analytical
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Efficient time management β handle multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Information Management and Document Control
- Organize files, downloads, uploads, and meeting minutes
- Responsible for tracking and closing RFIs and submittals
- Responsible for coordination and submittal of Record Drawings
- Acquire knowledge of PV system layouts and components such as modules, racking, inverters, and Balance of Systems (BOS)
- Acquire knowledge of project management principles in an engineering consulting environment
- Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes
- Work under the direction of more senior Project Management staff
- Perform essential duties including meeting deliverables and deadlines
- Perform additional duties as assigned or directed
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a renewable energy construction or engineering environment
- Prior experience as a project engineer
