Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
• Product development processes and CAPEX project management is essential
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, new product development (stage-gate process), large-scale CAPEX initiatives at our Tulsa manufacturing facility, and all other general projects
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
• Serve as the key point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels to drive project success
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or PMP certification is preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations is a plus
