Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
- Product development processes and CAPEX project management is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, new product development (stage-gate process), large-scale CAPEX initiatives at our Tulsa manufacturing facility, and all other general projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
- Serve as the key point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels to drive project success
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or PMP certification is preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations is a plus
