Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing and delivering complex projects, ideally in consulting, construction technology, or customer-facing environments
  • 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring teams, with a focus on coaching, delegation, and performance development
  • Proven experience independently managing client workstreams and complex priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote or consulting environment
  • Experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., G Suite, SharePoint, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex priorities and foster alignment across teams
  • Proficiency in managing documentation, deliverables, and project repositories
  • Experience working in fully remote or distributed team environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a remote team of consultants
  • Provide ongoing coaching and facilitate professional development
  • Assist in hiring and developing team talent in line with project needs and culture fit
  • Manage team calendars, meeting schedules, and logistics
  • Participate in meetings, capture action items, and follow up to ensure accountability
  • Maintain action plans and organizational charts for internal alignment
  • Create status updates, presentation templates, and leadership-facing deliverables
  • Draft concise communication plans tailored to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation repositories and support consistent version control practices
  • Track project workstreams and report on performance and milestones
  • Conduct data gathering, analysis, and investigation to support business decisions
  • Partner with Program Managers to improve and streamline operational processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
  • Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
  • Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support
  • Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., ACC, Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)
