Requirements

  • Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Quickbase, Mendix, Power Apps, Zapier, Make, OutSystems)
  • Ability to step in and perform functional testing and QA to ensure high-quality product delivery
  • Experience with DevOps, release cycles, and understanding of SOX compliance (a plus)
  • Proficiency with JIRA or similar cloud-based project management tools

  • 10+ years in the software industry, managing projects, technical teams, and client relationships
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager delivering client solutions
  • Proven success working with business customers to define and implement workflow applications
  • Familiarity with low-code development methodologies
  • Experience with software testing and QA processes
  • Strong background in software development planning and execution
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and help clients maximize value

Responsibilities

  • Consult and Advise Clients Strategically: Act as a trusted consultant and advisor, helping clients identify long-term goals and align technology with business strategies
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through regular touchpoints, roadmapping sessions, and value-based recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, providing forward-thinking solutions
  • Own Project Execution with a Consulting Mindset: Lead the end-to-end execution of workflow-driven applications, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Serve as the Product Owner on behalf of the client—interpreting high-level business needs into detailed requirements and user stories for the development team
  • Manage and guide technical teams to build workflow applications using low-code and automation platforms
  • Facilitate ongoing backlog prioritization and delivery adjustments, aligning with evolving client needs
  • Serve as a Product Owner and Advocate: Represent the client’s vision—translating high-level business needs into clear, detailed requirements and user stories
  • Ensure that deliverables are aligned with long-term client objectives, not just short-term fixes
  • Participate in roadmap planning to help clients evolve their platforms strategically over time
  • Enhance Quality and Outcomes: Assist with quality assurance (QA) testing, ensuring final products meet both immediate and future client expectations
  • Analyze workflows and data to identify integration and automation opportunities
  • Ensure clear and proactive communication between clients and technical teams, addressing roadblocks collaboratively
