Summary

Join AcuityMD, a software and data platform accelerating access to medical technologies, as a Project Manager. Lead multiple customer implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables. Serve as the primary customer contact during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and proactively resolving issues. Coordinate across internal teams for seamless onboarding. Facilitate customer training and enablement sessions. Continuously assess and improve implementation methodology. Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and customers. This role requires 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology, with a proven track record of managing customer-facing projects. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with experience working cross-functionally and proficiency in project management tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management or professional services experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record of managing customer-facing projects from kickoff to completion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer success
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet)
  • Ability to anticipate challenges, manage risks, and solve problems effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship-building
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and proactively resolving issues before they impact timelines
  • Coordinate across internal teams β€” including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales β€” to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Facilitate customer training and enablement sessions to ensure adoption and long-term success with the AcuityMD platform
  • Continuously assess and improve our implementation methodology, incorporating best practices and lessons learned
  • Provide regular status updates to both internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring transparency and alignment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications
  • Familiarity with change management practices
