Project Manager

Summary

Join Trax's Engagement division as a fully remote Project Manager, based in Central America, to develop and implement innovative shopper engagement programs. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within budget and timeline constraints. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure project objectives are met. You will monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The position focuses on delivering high-quality results and fostering meaningful connections between brands/retailers and consumers. Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks
• Manage changes in project scope and schedule
• Report on project status, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and both stakeholder and customer expectations
• Foster effective communication across all project participants and departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, Trello, MS Project)
• Proficiency in MS Office
