Join Altisource, a leader in mortgage and real estate services, as a Project Manager to manage renovation projects. You will oversee REO & REIT projects, mentor contractors, develop policies and procedures, and manage project pipelines. Requirements
- Project management experience within Real Estate/Field Services is required
- Client facing experience and the confidence working directly with Clients
- Experience with projects with multiple stakeholders and analyzing data
- Ability to closely collaborate with others and effectively work across business units and levels to craft a unified and compelling Altisource storyboard and image
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong and effective internal stakeholder relationship
- Strong project management, organizational and time-management skills
- A vast history of construction knowledge with at least 10 years of REO & REIT experience to including an emphasis on scope creation, project management, contractor performance measurement and analysis
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications , RenoWalk scoping application, and HOVER/Eagle View applications
- Remote position - must have reliable internet connection
Responsibilities
- Manage the pipeline of approved workload to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts with team members
- Prepare proposals and other collateral by gathering, editing, formatting and assembling client-facing written material including responses to Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information and Requests for Quotation
- Improve the quality and consistency of SLAβs for our renovation clients with the Renovations Construction Project Managers in their local market, while making the process more efficient in handling the intake of invitations to bid, introducing them into the current workflow, establishing assignments, prioritizing submissions, setting due dates for information gathering, reviewing and submitting drafts and gaining the requisite internal approvals
- Communicate promptly and consistently to the respective project leads and team members the current status of all projects highlighting the important milestones and critical risks
- Oversee the assembly, editing and formatting of the first through final drafts of all BU proposals (including executive summaries) by gathering, evaluating and editing content ensuring that the final story is told in one voice
- Regularly update and maintain a database of approved content by ensuring it contains the most recent versions that have been sanctioned by the business unit, legal, and compliance teams
- Prepare and make monthly presentations to renovation management regarding local market on-going operations & client deliverables
- Partner with business unit leaders to pull in relevant content and appropriately shape stories
