Join us in shaping the future of software technology! AnyDesk is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Go-To-Market (GTM) to join our Customer Experience department. In this pivotal role, you will drive the successful market introduction and expansion of our innovative products.

Requirements

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Easy to work with
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
• Familiarity with SaaS industry trends and best practices
• Proven experience in process optimization and project management
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, project management software, and CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory; any other languages like German are a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting and implementing go-to-market strategies
• Work closely with GTM leadership on strategic initiatives
• Track and analyse GTM performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to enhance business outcomes
• Identify inefficiencies in GTM processes, implement improvements, and develop best practices to ensure operational excellence
• Facilitate collaboration between GTM and departments such as Marketing, Sales, Product, and Demand Gen, ensuring alignment with broader company goals
• Analyse data from various sources to support GTM strategies and create and maintain dashboards/reports to monitor progress and performance
• Identify potential risks to GTM initiatives, develop mitigation strategies, and manage resource allocation for effective execution
• Lead key GTM projects to ensure timely and successful completion, coordinating with stakeholders on project scope, goals, and timelines

• Experience working with quotas and KPIs
• Well-organized with strong analytical skills
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
