Project Manager

Summary

The Arbitrum Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee key projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet high quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the blockchain or technology sectors
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
• Foundational understanding of blockchain technology and the Ethereum ecosystem
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure projects are executed within the defined scope, time, and budget
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Regularly communicate project status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, marketing, and business development, to ensure successful project outcomes
• Facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment across all project teams
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

PMP , PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
