Project Manager

Summary

Join our team as an IT Project Manager to lead a crucial HCM project involving the integration and separation of two companies transitioning into independent legal entities. This fully remote, 12-month contract position in the Czech Republic requires exceptional stakeholder management, risk management, and the ability to navigate competing priorities while effectively managing an external workforce. You will develop and implement detailed project plans, manage stakeholders, mitigate project risks, and ensure compliance with TSA exiting terms. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills and experience in separation projects and HCM. This role demands excellent communication and proficiency in project management tools.

Requirements

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
• Excellent communication in English
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and separation process, ensuring a smooth transition for both companies into independent legal entities
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines to achieve project goals
• Effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders from both companies, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns promptly
• Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project deliverables and timelines
• Develop contingency plans and monitor risk factors continuously
• Navigate and manage competing priorities to ensure critical tasks are completed on time
• Allocate resources effectively and adjust project plans as needed to accommodate changing priorities
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure they meet project requirements and timelines
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
• Possess a thorough understanding of Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) exiting terms and ensure compliance throughout the project
• Develop and execute exit plans in accordance with TSA requirements

• Familiarity with managing an external workforce, including vendors and contractors
• In-depth knowledge of TSA exiting terms and practical application in project scenarios
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
