Responsibilities include managing projects with other companies, ensuring compliance, facilitating internal meetings, tracking key initiatives, and coordinating with other departments.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
  • Skills in IT project management, given the involvement in projects related to IT
  • Proven experience as an operations manager or a similar leadership role
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A strategic mindset with problem-solving aptitude
  • An understanding of quality management and continuous improvement processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team management skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Jira and Notion, alongside proficiency in document management tools including MS Office and Google Docs
  • Adaptability and resilience to changing environments
  • English Upper - Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the efficiency of all operational processes
  • Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress
  • Ensure regular unit projects such as monthly planning, sales report preparation, and retrospectives are completed effectively
  • Manage external projects with other companies and internal service function projects (development, sales, marketing), ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient execution
  • Ensures compliance with procedures within the business unit involving all stakeholders and all rules and regulations
  • Tracks the progress of key initiatives within the business unit
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure efficient task and project execution that impacts the business unit
