Requirements

• Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management or related discipline
• Proven experience in AI related jobs or project management
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects in time
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Passionate commitment to AI application development
• Experience in building LLM workflow & prompt engineering
• Programming skills: python [Entry level], SQL [Mid. level]
• Clear understanding of the cloud service backend systems like EC2, Hive, Elastic search
• Experience in LLM fine-tune, e.g. SFT, RLHF
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Initiate and management of AI projects
• Discover opportunities within BAU
• Identify technical requirements, and risk management
• Develop proof of concept (On demand)
• Manage and track projects
• End-to-End AI applications development
• Develop workflow and prompt engineering
• Collaborate with the tech team on platform and model development
• Support AI application operations and optimization
• Design and implement evaluation method
• Responsible for testing before release
• Track indicators after release
