Project Manager

Summary

Join Blue Acorn iCi as a Project Manager for a 13-month engagement focused on managing the Content Supply Chain project within a Marketing Transformation program for a financial services client. You will lead a team of 12-14 people, overseeing the rollout of Adobe Asset and Adobe Workfront, ensuring both technical solution delivery and a new operating model. This London-based role offers flexibility for hybrid arrangements and considers both subcontract and permanent employment structures. The position requires extensive experience in managing large-scale Martech or digital transformation projects, Agile methodologies, and multi-vendor teams. Success in this role demands excellent stakeholder management and communication skills within complex financial services environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale Martech or digital transformation projects
• Strong background in Agile methodology, backlog management, and sprint planning
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor teams (including SI partners)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in complex financial services environments
• Experience delivering both technology rollouts and business operating model changes

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Content Supply Chain project within Client's Martech workstream
• Manage a 12–14 person SI team (Capgemini and Frog resources)
• Deliver both technology implementation and operating model transformation
• Oversee stakeholder management and cross-team alignment across PPCR Marketing units
• Maintain and update RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies)
• Drive backlog prioritization and ensure alignment with evolving business requirements
• Lead Agile ceremonies, bi-weekly sprints, and stakeholder demos
• Collaborate with business and technical leaders to execute Client's convergence strategy
