Project Manager

Summary

Join Bosch Global Business Services as a project manager specializing in warehouse environment projects. Supervise the implementation of tender projects, process analyses, improvement projects, and warehouse projects (new construction, relocation, ramp-down). Develop delta analyses to increase productivity and identify cost savings in logistics services. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including purchasing, operator organization, and central logistics. Leverage your affinity for digitalization and innovation to enhance internal processes and systems. Contribute to the development and standardization of processes and documents within the "Process Excellence" team. Conduct coaching sessions across the EMEA organization.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering with a specialization in logistics or a comparable degree
• Committed, resilient, strong in communication at all management levels and a high willingness to travel are your distinguishing features
• You feel comfortable in the team and are happy to act as such
• Strong ability to think conceptually and analytically, to work solution/process-oriented and to present results characterize you
• Customer orientation is not just a buzzword, but a fundamental attitude of you
• Several years of professional experience in the management of warehouse projects
• Profound knowledge of the implementation of material flow and process analysis and experience in the optimization of logistics processes in operational operations
• Knowledge of information flows in the logistics environment, especially warehouse logistics, SAP, Warehouse Management Systems and experience in the management of x-functional teams
• Business fluent English and desirable written and spoken German

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of tender projects, process analyses and improvement projects on the shop floor, as well as the implementation of warehouse projects (new construction, relocation, ramp-down) in cooperation with our internal customers, local operator organization, logistics service provider and central purchasing
• Develop delta analyses and derive measures to increase productivity in warehouse operations
• Tap into potential savings, for example in tendering and renewing contracts for logistics services
• Close and trusting cooperation with the internal interfaces such as purchasing, the operator organization or the central logistics department, which you also support, for example, in contract negotiations and contracts
• Affinity for digitalization and innovation, to improve our internal processes and systems in order to generate competitive advantages
• Work on the further development and standardization of our processes and documents
• Conduct coaching sessions in our EMEA organization
