Requirements

  • LMS Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of various LMS platforms Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) and their functionalities within Higher Education
  • Educational Design : Passionate about creating and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored for educated professionals. Skilled in developing, delivering, and evaluating effective learning experiences grounded in pedagogical principles
  • Relationship Building : Adept at winning over individuals in one-on-one and group settings, both in-person and online. Possesses strong interpersonal skills and a talent for establishing meaningful connections quickly
  • Support : Detail-oriented approach to solving problems. Proven ability to provide exceptional support and services to users, customers, teachers, and/or students
  • Project Management : Demonstrated organisational expertise with a focus on prioritisation, discipline, and stakeholder management. Experienced in successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, both independently and collaboratively
  • You hold a bachelor's degree from a leading university
  • You have experience working in higher education or EdTech
  • You have 3+ years of experience in managing LMS platforms
  • You have demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, fun and impactful learning experiences across a variety of workshops, webinars and training sessions for all of our teacher users
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of LMS projects, from initial scoping to post-implementation support
  • Design high-quality, scaffolded assessments to ensure our teacher users consistently deliver outstanding learning experiences to their students
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for university partners regarding LMS projects, fostering strong relationships
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive training materials for university administrators, educators, and students on LMS usage
  • Ensure the LMS platform and all integrated content meet accessibility standards and usability requirements for all users
