You will be responsible for planning, organizing, technically leading, and controlling allocated projects from initiation to completion. This involves defining project scope, setting objectives, determining deliverables and resource requirements, and ensuring alignment with project plans. You will collaborate with various teams, manage budgets, assess change impacts, and engage in business analysis activities. • Possess exceptional planning and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, achieving required outcomes and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environments
• Have the capability to successfully deliver projects on time, within scope, quality, and budget
• Be proficient in assisting the Sales and Presales teams with sales responses (RFQ, RFP, RTF, RFI, etc.) and project variations

Responsibilities

• Define and confirm project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements (planning, tracking, and adjusting as needed)
• Ensure adherence to project plans by coordinating and overseeing project activities
• Collaborate with Resource Management to allocate resources effectively and efficiently
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards
• Provide guidance and support to project team members while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Develop and maintain budgets for all projects
• Assess the impact of changes to project cost, schedule, and scope
• Engage in a range of Business Analysis activities across diverse business areas to assist with stakeholder management and capturing business needs
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders
