Summary
Join our Strategy team as a Project Manager and drive critical business initiatives from conception to completion. Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic projects, developing comprehensive project plans and managing resources effectively. Proactively mitigate risks and foster transparent communication across stakeholders. Leverage expertise to guide teams, ensuring projects meet objectives and drive strategic goals. Utilize data analysis and BI tools to track KPIs and provide data-driven insights. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of dedicated experience in a project management role, with a successful track record of managing cross-functional projects from start to finish
- Proven experience driving transformative business and technology initiatives
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and guide teams without direct authority
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to foresee the long-term consequences of project actions
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 pounds, occasional bending and reaching
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic projects across multiple departments, ensuring key objectives, schedules, and deliverables are consistently met
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, project charters, work breakdown structures (WBS), timelines, and resource allocation
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to ensure successful outcomes
- Serve as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams to define requirements, align strategic goals, and drive successful project delivery
- Manage project communication, ensuring timely and clear updates to stakeholders at all levels through status reports, presentations, and regular meetings
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending and implementing solutions
- Utilize data analysis and BI tools (e.g., Looker) to track project KPIs, measure success against business objectives, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making
- Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations
- Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders through the project lifecycle
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred. (Alternatively: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or an Agile certification (e.g., CSM) is a plus)
- Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred) and BI tools (Looker or similar) is a significant plus
