Requirements

• Proven track record managing complex software implementations, including cloud migration from legacy/on-prem systems
• Experience working with law firms or within LegalTech required
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, especially in enterprise environments
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project management for major client implementations, including complex on-prem to cloud migration projects
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and long-term success
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while managing dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
• Facilitate regular project meetings and executive updates with both client and internal teams
• Collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless transition to the cloud while minimizing disruption to business operations
• Provide strategic guidance on best practices for implementation and migration

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or ERP systems is a strong plus
