Summary

Join Exodus as a Project Manager to oversee complex and strategic initiatives for current and future projects. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other departments to provide greater visibility into planning and development, and increase predictability around product delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical business stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successfully executing software product releases
  • Ability to foster and build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage rapidly changing priorities and lead teams through change while maintaining a can-do attitude
  • Experience using Github, Slack, and Asana, or similar communication/project management tools
  • Expertise working as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner in a Scrum or Kanban environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Passkeys project team
  • Support external partner integrations and communication (B2B component)
  • Act as a bridge between design, sales, external partners, and the development team
  • Collaborate with product and engineering managers to help teams organize and groom backlogs and planned work
  • Lead task breakdown, sizing, and dependency coordination for major releases
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement processes and tools that result in more consistent, predictable product delivery
  • Contribute to standardizing the project planning process and aligning teams around fundamental project management principles
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to key stakeholders; collaborate with teams to develop mitigation and resolution plans
  • Maintain visibility into ongoing key strategic projects with status reporting, project dashboards, and clear communication
