Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of SCRUM and Agile Methodologies

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
• Maintain and update the JIRA board, ensuring all tasks, stories, and epics are properly categorized, prioritized, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle
• Attend and actively participate in daily stand-up meetings, ensuring that any blockers are identified and addressed promptly, and that team progress is communicated effectively
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring that deadlines are met, and any risks are identified early
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including progress, risks, and any changes in scope or timelines
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team
