Summary

Join Fundraise Up, a leading fundraising platform, as a Project Manager in our Business Operations team. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, financial visibility, and scalability. This role requires strong collaboration with various teams, including Finance, Strategy, Ops, and others. You will drive projects from planning to execution, develop frameworks and dashboards, and support executive-level presentations. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a data-informed mindset and business acumen. Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, or strategic program deliver
  • Experience working with or supporting Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Strategy teams
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset and business acumen
  • Comfortable with tools like Asana, Notion, Excel/Sheets, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau)

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CFO, helping to operationalize financial and business strategy across functions
  • Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, Product, People, and GTM teams to streamline planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
  • Develop frameworks, dashboards, and documentation to increase transparency, alignment, and accountability across initiatives
  • Support executive-level presentations, OKRs, board materials, and financial narratives
  • Identify and remove blockers, escalate risks, and ensure effective decision-making through strong stakeholder engagement
  • Implement and continuously improve project management best practices, tools, and templates across the company
  • Analyze and synthesize performance data to inform recommendations and track outcomes of strategic initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus but not required
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or similarly dynamic industries is a plus
