Project Manager

Summary

Join Gameloft as a Project Manager Intern to support internal project coordination and manage the Jira Service Desk. Collaborate with the Operations Manager, track project progress, follow up with developers, assign support tickets, and maintain communication with internal clients. This role requires a student in their final university years, organized, proactive, and interested in how tech teams function. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, following up with developers, raising delays, monitoring the Jira Service Desk, keeping clients informed, preparing weekly status reports, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a basic understanding of software development and tools, strong communication and coordination skills, and a detail-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Student in the final years of studies (technical, management, or business preferred)
• Basic understanding of software development and tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive in following up
• Comfortable speaking with both developers and internal clients

Responsibilities

• Track progress on internal projects
• Follow up with developers and team members to gather updates
• Raise delays or blockers early and help keep timelines visible
• Monitor the internal Jira Service Desk: assign tickets, ensure timely replies, and escalate when needed
• Make sure internal clients are kept informed on ticket status - either directly or by following up with developers when a technical reply is needed
• Prepare and send weekly status reports (for both projects and support tickets)
• Help maintain project and support documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in mobile games, tools, or SDKs is a plus
